Seven months in French oak. Baked pineapple, vanilla husk, warm honey. Softer light.
Eighteen months in American oak. Dark caramel, dried fig, cedar smoke. Night pour.
Our limited cristalino — añejo filtered to clarity, finished with green botanicals. Cold, bright, electric.
04 — Origin
Eight years in volcanic soil. One morning of harvest. The blue agave of Los Altos grows slowly at 2,000 metres — thick with sun, cold at night. We take only the piña, only at peak sugar, only by hand.
